Steph “GANJA” YOGI
I am the free-spirited seeker of the Glover Girl squad. Despite being cut from the cloth of southern tradition, I’ve always felt like there was something fundamentally different about me. I was interested in cosmic energy and questioned everything about our existence on this planet. I wanted to learn more, see more, feel more than what was presented to me via my tribal surroundings. I am the first Glover to leave the pack, committing to expanding my experiences in this world and taking up the space necessary to shepherd the generations that follow.
I love Yoga. I also love learning about (and consuming) Ganja. I believe we were all born with natural faculties to sustain a life of love and mindfulness, but have somehow lost consciousness around our innate relationship with our minds, bodies and souls. Yoga and Ganja, I feel, are natural, holistic methods that can be used to draw our awareness back to our core being – one that is balanced physically, emotionally and mentally. My goal is to share what I have come to learn about Yoga and Ganja, as well as explore extensions of these practices like Neurokinetic Therapy, Reiki, CBD Infused Yoga and Meditation.

Tif Sheline

Tif Sheline is the practical sister of the bunch, always playing it safe with all of her life decisions. Then she moved from DC to LA – a decision that changed her life forever. Born and raised in Charleston, SC, Tif was brought up to believe that the life she is living in LA was not possible. She was taught that black people have their place in society – and more often than not, that place did not lead to success and fulfillment. Not only has Tif found success in her career, she has found a hobby she loves in pole dancing, which gives her fulfillment and allows her to explore the many realms of her artistic abilities.
Focusing on building a healthier lifestyle for herself, she changed everything from her diet to her workout routines to her skin care regime in order to keep herself in pristine shape for her newfound hobby. Having never done anything athletic before, Tif thought she was doing everything right. She soon found out after suffering a couple of injuries, that she was so wrong. Tif decided to start a blog along with her sister, Steph Yogi, to share the knowledge (and mistakes) she’s made along the way to help her fellow athletes or anyone new to physical fitness.
We pledge to help others become consciously aware of the world around them and how it affects their wellbeing.
Our vision is to help people find joy in living a healthier lifestyle.
